The Request

We were approached by ICN with the "simple" request to develop and online presence for them comparable to the online systems of FedEx, UPS, Airborne and DHL. Furthermore, we were asked to give them a robust system that can handle the intricacies of corporate shipping across a variety of channels, while simplifying the user interface to minimize the learning curve for new an existing clients and employees. Having little technical background themselves, this provided us with the difficult challenge of determining scope and use cases in all areas of the project, in addition to optimizing the system to have a minimal server footprint.

The Solution

Built using our proprietary webapplications platform, MyCMS, we have been able to deliver a comprehensive and growing business system that enables ICN to run their business in a highly scaleable manner. New interface development can take as little as two hours, and module development can take as little as one week to architect, develop and deploy.
